Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting analysis
- Develop testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and messaging
- Analyze acquisition funnels and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Track key KPIs including CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value
- Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing analytics
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies
- Understanding of customer acquisition and growth strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
- Fluent English communication skills
