We're looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager who can transform complex datasets into actionable business insights, helping our teams optimize campaigns, understand customer behavior, and drive measurable growth across digital channels.

You'll collaborate closely with performance marketers, strategists, designers, and leadership to build reporting systems, uncover opportunities, and improve marketing efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, email, and social channels.
  • Identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop KPI frameworks and attribution models.
  • Work with large datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and evaluate experiment results.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve campaign ROI.
  • Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and business-focused way.
  • Help improve marketing measurement processes and reporting automation.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, funnels, and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and curiosity about user behavior.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for analytics.
  • Experience with CRM analytics.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in SaaS or digital product environments.
