Role Overview:

As an Innovation Project Manager at Lumintix, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through the entire lifecycle of innovative digital projects. You will ensure timely delivery, align technical and strategic priorities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project sprints, deliverables, and timelines within Agile frameworks
  
• Facilitate communication between designers, developers, and marketing strategists to maintain alignment
  
• Identify and mitigate risks early, managing stakeholder expectations proactively
  
• Drive process improvements by implementing best practices in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
  
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare detailed status reports for leadership and clients
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
  
• Proven track record managing complex digital projects from concept to launch
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub)
  
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in remote team management
  
• Ability to balance technical detail with big-picture strategic thinking
