Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Lumintix, you will drive measurable growth across acquisition and conversion funnels. You’ll lead experimentation, optimize cross-channel performance, and partner with creative and product teams to scale what works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute growth strategies across paid media, SEO, lifecycle/email, and landing page optimisation
- Own funnel performance: acquisition → activation → conversion, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities
- Run structured experimentation (A/B tests) on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns with cohesive timing, positioning, and goals
- Monitor KPIs (CAC/CPA, ROAS, CVR, LTV signals) and turn insights into action quickly
- Partner with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative concepts and iterations
- Maintain reporting cadence with clear narratives, learnings, and next-step recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in paid acquisition and performance optimisation
- High data literacy: ability to interpret results, identify patterns, and prioritize tests
- Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution basics)
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Ability to balance speed of execution with strategic focus and quality standards
