Role Overview:
As a Creative Marketing Strategist at Lumintix, you will design and structure marketing campaigns where creative decisions directly impact performance. You will work across strategy, content, and design to build campaigns that capture attention and convert into measurable results.

Your role is not just to generate ideas, but to define how campaigns are built, tested, and scaled across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign strategies that align positioning, messaging, and creative execution
  • Define communication angles and narratives for different audience segments
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistency across creatives
  • Structure and manage A/B testing for messaging and visual elements
  • Analyze performance data and identify optimization opportunities
  • Build repeatable campaign frameworks based on insights and results
  • Ensure consistency across marketing channels and touchpoints
